All accessories will be made to the size specification given on the details page unless otherwise requested. Should you require your bracelet or necklace in a different size to the one given please add this instruction to the ‘Instructions to Seller’ box of your Paypal payment.
Bespoke Service
Our bespoke service is available by appointment only for those who like the designs seen online but want to vary them in someway or create something special from scratch. We are based in Greenwich, South East London and would love to hear from you. Initial consultations are informal and without obligation. A deposit will only be required once you decide to go ahead with a commission and full payment will be requested once your order is complete.
Packaging
Each piece of jewellery is beautifully presented in a gift box at no extra cost. Perfect for giving to your Bridesmaids as thank you gifts.
Delivery
All Radiance Boutique items are made to order and will be with you within two weeks. Should you require your items sooner please get in touch . Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail First Class Recorded post and is free of charge. Your parcel will need to be signed for. You will be notified by email when your order is posted and from that time can expect your parcel within 1 - 3 business days. Items can be delivered to your place of work, simply provide the delivery address details when you place your order.
We are now offering international delivery to a select number of countries. Simply select your country in the drop down menu at checkout. International delivery is sent by the Royal Mail Airsure service where possible or International Signed for where Airsure is not available. Both services require a signature on receipt of the parcel. International delivery is charged at £7.00 within Europe and £8.00 outside of Europe. If you have any questions regarding this service, please get in touch.
Payment
Secure online payment to Radiance Boutique is made through Paypal. Radiance Boutique will not be able to see the details of the card you use to make your payment. You do not need a Paypal account to make your payment using Paypal's secure server. You can choose to login to your Paypal account or pay directly by credit / debit card. Paypal is safe and easy to use and provides a trusted payment facility for many well known brands including Boots, Topshop, Urban Outfitters, Heals, Ted Baker and BHS.
Returns and Refunds
Radiance Boutique's number one priority is that you are happy with your wedding accessories. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery please get in touch straight away. Exchanges or full refunds will be given provided you get in touch within 28 days of having received your item.
Radiance Boutique understands that you may be unsure whether you have chosen the right accessories until you've had the chance to try them on with your wedding dress. For this reason we gladly give you 28 days to assess and be certain of your decision.
Our returns process is simple. First get in touch, and then post the items back as instructed. Upon receipt of the items, and assuming they are in the same condition they were sent, your refund will be activated and payment made back to your Paypal account or credit / debit card.
Radiance Boutique's return and refund policy applies to most earrings and items that have been altered to your personal design or size specification. The exception to this policy is our perfect pearl studs because we're unable to remove and destroy the wires (that go through the lobe). Not accepting pearl studs back for hygiene reasons is compliant with legal requirements.
After Care
Over time Sterling Silver can tarnish from exposure to air. You can help to avoid discolouring by keeping your jewellery in the acid free tissue paper packaging provided. Should any discolouring occur, gently apply a silver cleaning cloth.

Wishlist Tool
The wishlist tool is offered for your convenience. Creating a wishlist enables you to easily find items you like when you visit the site again. Radiance Boutique can see that you have created a wishlist but is unable to see which items you have selected to add to your wishlist. It is important to Radiance Boutique that you feel able to use this tool with such privacy.
Competition Terms and Conditions
All competition prizes are as stated and are not open to exchange. Competition winners will be informed by email shortly after closing date. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person per competition please. Radiance Boutique will not use personal information such as email addresses to contact you about future promotions unless you have opted in to receive such information. Radiance Boutique will not sell or disclose such information to any third party.
