Each piece of jewellery is beautifully presented in a gift box. Perfect for giving to your Bridesmaids as thank you gifts.


Special Requests

All items will be made to the size specification given on the details page unless otherwise requested. Should you require your bracelet or necklace in a different size to the one given please add this instruction to the ‘Instructions to Seller’ box of your Paypal payment.


Delivery

All Radiance Boutique items are made to order and will be with you within three weeks. Should you require your item sooner please get in touch. Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class Recorded post. Post and packing is charged at a rate of £3.00 for orders under £100 in value and £4.00 for orders over £100 in value.


Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery please get in touch straight away. Exchanges or full refunds, including p&p, will be given provided you get in touch within 7 days of having received your item.


Personal Data

Secure online payment to Radiance Boutique is made through Paypal. Radiance Boutique will not be able to see the details of the card you use to make your payment. Radiance Boutique will never sell or disclose your email or address details to any third party.


After Care

Over time Sterling Silver can tarnish from exposure to air. You can help to avoid discolouring by keeping your jewellery in the acid free tissue paper packaging provided. Should any discolouring occur, gently apply a silver cleaning cloth.
